Is the book really in two languages?
Yes. On every spread the same text appears once in Spanish and once in English; the picture runs across both pages as one. For a personalised book, you choose which language goes on the left when you order.
What age is it for?
Ages 0–8; each book shows its age range and you choose it when you order. For 2–4, one idea per page and short sentences; for 5–8, longer sentences and a small twist at the end.
Do I have to send a photo?
No. For now the books come with ready-made characters, so we don’t need a photo — just the name, the age group and, if you like, a dedication. The photo book isn’t on sale yet.
What kind of photo should I send?
The photo book isn’t on sale yet, so we don’t need a photo for now. When it is, a clear, well-lit photo taken from the front will do — an ordinary phone snap is fine.
What happens to the photo?
The photo book isn’t on sale yet, so we’re not taking photos. When it is, the photo will be used only to draw the pictures for that book, and it will be sent to our image-generation provider to do so. It won’t be used to train AI or shown in advertising; our copy will be deleted within 30 days of upload, or straight away if you ask.
Do you use AI?
Yes, and we say so. The stories are drafted and the pictures made with AI tools, then checked page by page. Etsy and Amazon ask sellers to declare the use of AI, and we always do.
Can I see it before it’s printed?
For a personalised book, yes. The preview PDF comes by email; if you don’t ask for a change within 24 hours, the book goes to print. A ready-made book has no preview: it goes to print once you’ve paid.
How long does it take?
After the preview we wait 24 hours for any changes; then printing and delivery take, in working days: US 6 · UK 4–5 · Canada 8–10 · Australia 5–6 · New Zealand 3. In busy weeks, such as before Christmas, it can take longer.
Which countries do you send to?
Through this site we currently sell to: US, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. In the EU our books will be on Etsy and Amazon; that isn’t open yet. Shipping is added before you pay. The PDF needs no shipping at all.
Are special letters (é, ñ, ü, ş…) printed correctly?
Yes. Letters from Latin alphabets, accents and marks included (é, ñ, ä, ß, ç, ş, ğ, İ…), are set correctly in the text and on the cover. Type the name the way it’s spelled.
Can a brother or sister join in?
Not at the moment: no extra people can be added to the book with a ready-made character. We plan to offer it in the photo book, which isn’t on sale yet.
Do I get a digital copy too?
Yes. Every printed book comes with a free PDF copy by email — for the tablet, or to share with family far away. If you only want the PDF, you can order it on its own.
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes. At checkout you can give the gift address as the delivery address. Your dedication goes on the first page.
What if I don’t like it?
In the preview of a personalised book, changes to the details you gave us (name, dedication, character, girl or boy, language order) are free. Because a personalised book is made for one child, we can’t take it back after printing if you simply change your mind. If a printed book arrives damaged or with a printing fault, we send a new copy or refund you.
